The house offers a truly private swimming pool that you will be the only one to use, it includes 3 bedrooms for 6 people + 1 baby, It is located in the countryside, near Bagno di Gavorrano and Scarlino, in Maremma Tuscany, facing the island of 'Elbe.
Isolated on a hill, among vineyards and olive trees, it offers a superb panorama that extends to the sea on a clear day
Follonica and its beaches are 12 minutes away.
The superb wild beach of Cala Violina is 14 km away (it has been voted one of the 10 most beautiful beaches in Italy). Everything is easily accessible, the region knows no 'traffic jams' even in the height of summer.
From the property you can easily reach the famous sites of Tuscany by the SS1 Roma -Livorno state road, which is 700 m from the house. (see google situation photo)
The owner Patrizio speaks French. He lives with his wife in another wing of the house. They are only present at night, from 8 p.m. to 8 a.m. They do not use the swimming pool, the garden or the barbecue, which are reserved exclusively for you. Patrizio maintains the pool and he can take you on his boat on Sunday.
